Value Maps

After interviewing people across teams, I discovered that the products and brand were being communicated differently at each touchpoint of the product cycle, causing confusion from Marketing to Support. I scheduled creative sessions to breakdown product and brand concepts to their simplest form. I took the output from the sessions and created value maps with granular statements mapping up to an overarching idea in order to help teams across the organization communicate consistently.
